ARES / RACES Applications & Information

GCARC's Emergency Coordinator, Ed Brown N9GTL was present at our
September Club Meeting.  In light of the recent terrorist attacks in America,
we felt this was a good time to update information on Emergency Preparedness.
In addition to taking new applications (to make sure all information is current),
he reminded us of the differences between ARES and RACES.   If you were not present at this meeting and would like to update your RACES application or
request information, please e-mail Ed at: n9gtl@iquest.net.

Future plans for the GrantARC.com Web Site, include adding
additional information regarding local Emergency Communications.
If you are not already on our mailing list, please e-mail me at:
pres@grantarc.com to request to be added.
